Coreupt delivers this warranty to any buyer of a Coreupt product from our authorized retailers or from our online shop www.coreupt.com. Coreupt products are protected against any material or fabrication issue during the warranty period as defined in the following.
Coreupt products are strictly manufactured conforming to their description and specs; though it’s all yours to check that they fit your needs and to make your choice regarding these. This warranty is valid and effective only in the country where the product has been bought, and under the condition that Coreupt has previously authorized this product to be distributed in that country. Specific warranties and conditions may exist in some countries, this warranty has no mean to interfere or cancel with these mandatory conditions.

The warranty period is in effect from the day the product s bought by the initial buyer. It is valid only for this initial buyer possession of his invoice.

Coreupt products (skis, clothes, ski bindings…) are covered by this warranty for a one-year period.

Regarding international laws, the warranty period will not be renewed or extended, neither affected by any latter resell, fixing or replacement of the product. Though, the replaced part(s) or product(s) during the warranty period will be under warranty for the remaining tome of the initial warranty, under the condition that this replacement has been done by Coreupt itself or an authorized retailer. Depending on the country, some specific warranty periods may exist in regard of the applicable law, this warranty’s conditions has no mean to interfere or cancel these mandatory conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damages caused by shipment
• Damages caused by stocking
• Damages caused by a non-conform and non-careful use of the products
• Damages caused by non-respect of the instructions of use of the products as defined in the user manuals that are shipped with the products.
• Damages caused by modifying the products
• Damages caused by an impact, caused by sharp objects, by a twist, compression, a drop of the product, an abnormal impact and any other actions that were not carried by Coreupt.

NB: an extreme use of the product, on rails for example, can be considered as abusive. This warranty is not effective if:

• The product is not brought back in its initial package, or if it has already been modified or fixed by any other person or entity than an authorized Coreupt retailer or Coreupt itself.
• The product as been fixed with unauthorized spare parts
• The product’s serial number has been removed, wiped off, altered or made unreadable
• The customer can’t provide a proof of purchase

If the product appears to be defective, Coreupt or the authorized retailer are committed to repair or replace the product and take all costs in charge, except for the return shipment fees, which are let to the customer, unless it’s impossible or disproportionate.

Coreupt is committed to repair or replace the product in a reasonable period of time and without any major inconvenience for the customer, depending on the nature of the product and the intended use of this product.

The consumer isn’t authorized to ask for warranty if the conformity defect is considered minor.
