It’s solid stuff, but just in case… !
When you buy a pair of skis, all brands are legally obliged to provide a one year warranty, linked to normal usage of your skis, which covers against manufacturers’ defects and hidden faults.
However, no brand yet offers to cover damage to your skis incurred through rails, rocks, roots or any other ‘irresponsible’ or ‘unheard of’ behaviour.
We know that when you ski with CoreUPT.com skis it’s because you’re passionate; about the sport, about the mountains, about the vibe…
And as we pride ourselves on making these moments the best they can be by producing quality skis, we have also come up with an extra ‘whatever breakage’ guarantee.
At CoreUPT.com we pay great attention to the quality of the skis we produce, but we know all too well that riding hard can seriously damage the health of your skis !
Freestylers know better than anyone: rails are dangerous for your edges and your ‘soles’!
Freeriders will tell you the same thing: rocky couloirs are often out to damage your equipment and stop you having fun! No matter what brand your skis.
Therefore, to help you avoid these little worries, CoreUPT.com brings you the CoreUPT Care Premium package (99 Euros) , which allows you to change your broken skis for new ones, completely free*, whatever the reason of the breakage !

CoreUPT Care – Terms and Conditions :
- CoreUPT Care must be subscribed to at the same time as the skis are purchased. Under no circumstances may it be subscribed to at a later date.
- CoreUPT Care may only be used one time.
- CoreUPT Care protection covers your skis for 6 months from the date of purchase. (The receipt, showing the date, should be kept in case of any problems).
- CoreUPT Care guarantees against damage to skis only. In no way are ski accessories protected by this guarantee. Ski accessories include any products that are bought at the same time as the skis, or used in conjunction with the skis (e.g. bindings or clothing).
- The term “free” means that CoreUPT.com commits itself to replacing broken skis at no cost to the client, other than send/return delivery charges which are payable by the client. Under certain conditions and on a case by case basis (photos and explanations necessary) CoreUPT.com may deem the client exempt from returning the broken skis.
- CoreUPT Care is non-transferable and belongs solely to the buyer of a given pair of skis (ski serial number).
- To make a claim with CoreUPT Care you need to specify the problem and a return address for the new skis, using the form that can be found at this address : http://www.coreupt.com/activate_coreupt_care
- For research and development reasons and in order to improve our products, the policy holder agrees, after having confirmed the claim is valid with an advisor, to provide CoreUPT.com with the following :
  • Photos of the ski in question (minimum of 2 photos of the problem and 1 photo of the serial number).
  • A written, detailed, description of the problem encountered.
  • Personal details – name, last name, contact details and telephone number.
  • Your CoreUPT Care reference number (which will be given to you by your advisor).
