Products and orders

How long will my order take to get shipped?
We take care of your order in the morning following the day you ordered. The average preparation time is of two days, to which are added the delivery time (see delivery section for more information on delivery time)
• How can I get my invoice?
You must know that there’s always an invoice sent with any order you get. Nevertheless, if you need to get your invoice(s), you just have to log in to your account by clicking on the “my account” tab located in the header of every webpage. You can then check your invoices via the “my orders” category in the left hand side menu.
• How can I order via Coreupt’s website (www.coreupt.com)?
To make an order, you just have to go on the “ski” (or “wear”) page via the “ski” (or “wear”) tab available in the header of every wepage. Then you pick the product you want to buy and click on it, you can choose the size and bindings you want, and then click on the “add to cart” button. Once your shopping is done, get on the “my cart” page available in the header of every wepage, and follow the steps (subscription, payment, etc.)
• How are the bindings casted on the skis?

• Do Coreupt products have a warranty?
All products are under commercial warranty, if the damage of the product comes from an obvious or hidden defect. Our manufacturer’s warranty period is of one year. Only our customer service can tell what is a manufacture defect or a misuse. A misuse doesn’t give access to benefit our warranty.
• Can we get promo codes?
Promo codes management doesn’t work yet on our new website, but will very soon! You’ll be informed of the guidelines to get benefit of these codes.

Payment

• I’d like to pay with me credit card, is this website secured?

• Which payment modes are available on your website?
You have access to multiple payment modes to make your order easier! You can pay what you’ve bought with your credit card (VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard, AMEX...) as well as with Paypal.

Order tracking

• How can I follow my order’s shipment?
When you’ve made an order, an email with your UPS tracking number is automatically sent to you when your order is shipped. You will then just have to go to www.ups.com and log in with your UPS tracking number sent in the email.
• I’d like to change or cancel my order, how can I do this?

Delivery

• Do you deliver abroad?
Of course you can get delivered abroad. Actually, you can register a different shipping address than your billing address.
• What shall I do if my delivered order is damaged?
Always check the how your order is when delivered Any damage on this delivered order is under the shipping company’s responsibility You should not accept the delivery The shipment will be returned to us and we’ll send you a new product We’ll take care of dealing with the shipping company
• What happens if I’m not here when my order is being delivered?
If you’re not there when your order is being delivered, the shipping company will contact you directly with the phone information you will have given us, to set a new delivery day or leave a calling card for you. You have a total of three tries.
• Which delivery modes and times are available?
All information regarding delivery are available in our “delivery conditions” page, which you can acess via the “service” tab available in the header of all our webages.

• My product has a defect, what should I do to return it?

• What will I be paying for if I send my order back to Coreupt?
You’ll be paying to ship the product back to our shop. We’ll be paying to ship the replacement product back to you.

• How can I change my account’s personal informations?
If you wish to change your acount’s personal information, you just have to log into your account by clicking on the “my account” link on top of all pages. You can then change your personal info through the left-side categories: “account informations” and “address book”.

You can also check our blog regularly via the “blog” tab in the header of every webpage, or subscribe to our newsletter by filling up your email address in the slot in the header of every webpage, or by ticking “I subscribe” via “my account” in the “newsletter subscription” available in the lefthand menu.
• Are our personal information kept confidential?
Personal information provided to Coreupt when validating an order are kept confidential and dedicated to an internal use only. They’re being declared to the “CNIL” (French national administration for IT), and according to the 78-17 law of January, the 6th 1978 regarding individual freedoms and IT data management, you can access and change these information. Recording these information in our database’s only goal is to make your future orders easier. They will never be given to any other, moral or physical person. Though, if there’s a case of non payment, these information can be given to a debt collection agency.
